Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Once your order is received, Una Tienda Comun will send you an order confirmation email that will allow you to check the status of your order.
International shipping is FREE for all orders over US$100. We use express DHL service and the delivery time is approximately to 4 to 6 business days. Shipping does not include taxes and/or additional fees to which packages may be subject upon arrival in the destination country.
APPLIES TO ALL SHIPMENTS:
- Delivery times for all purchases made on Saturday, Sunday and/or holidays will be counted from the next business day.
- Delivery times for all orders made after 12 pm will be counted from the next business day.
- Una Tienda Comun is not responsible for any additional costs or delays incurred if the Shipper is unable to locate someone to receive the package at the shipping address. If you have any questions, please contact us at Hola@unatiendacomun.com.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Una Tienda Comun only accepts exchanges requested within 20 calendar days of receiving the product. Within that time, you must send the product with the tags and protective liners intact, as well as the original receipt, to Una Tienda Comun’s offices in Lima, Peru.
NOTE: Exchanges will not be accepted for damaged, soiled or washed garments, or if labels or protective liners have been removed. Products received in these conditions will be returned and buyer must cover shipping costs.
Prior to acceptance of your request for exchange,Una Tienda Comun will check the condition of the product.
Once the exchange has been approved, Una Tienda Comun will send a code to the registered email in the amount of your purchase, deducting original shipping and handling fees (this applies to all orders) The code is not combinable or compatible with future sales and will expire 40 days after approval of your product exchange.
Requests for exchange that do not comply with this policy will be rejected.
- Purchases are non-refundable.
- Codes for exchanges will be issued one time only.
- Beso de Sal reserves the right to refuse visibly damaged packages.
- Una Tienda Comun only accepts returns of products with manufacturing defects.
- The same policy applies to product returns as specified for exchanges. Requests for return that do not comply with this policy will be rejected.
